I was having issues with my laptop computer running really slow. Brandon was able to find a virus or something that was affecting my hard drive and cause programs to run slow. I was really concerned because I had my personal information on the computer and pictures of my children when they were young. Brandon assured me he could back up the information for me, fix the hard drive issue, and get my computer back to running like new. In no time at all he was able to get the problem fixed, speed up my computer, and show me that my personal information was safe and my pictures were still there! He knows what he is doing and I will continue to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Brandon! You are a life saver!

My pc would not recognize my password after a move. Whatever magic Brandon did brought it back saving documents and puctures. Lifesaver!!!

The technician that assisted me with my computer problems was seasoned with experience. He understood my problems as I described them to the best of my ability and knew what my issue was. He immediately fixed my issue and removed stuff that was slowing my computer down. He is very polite and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone. Will likely ask for him for my next problem that arises.
