Introduction: I provide CFO/controller/accounting and bookkeeping services. I have experience with companies ranging from $5M-100M. I supervise, and/or perform all daily financial operations as well as the computer information operations, and HR operations. I oversee project costs, prepare financial statements, divisional and consolidated, handle banking/bonding/insurance relations, vendor relations, asset management, cash flow analysis and projections, and WIP schedules.
I handle all audits, borrowing bases, manage lines of credit, capital expenditures, all job costing, staff training and supervision, hiring and terminations, manage contracts, lien filings, collections, create policies and procedures to provide greater job cost control, streamline all efficiency as to provide auditable, accurate and up-to-date accuracy on all projects and expenses.
