FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to set a quote close to the request I get. Although once I view the project in person if the request is not exactly what the main request was my quote will change but, I will try my best to work with my client so we both are happy because I know hard money is earned now a days. My prices dont normally include materials because I like my client to see and know what im going to work and have them see what exactly is going to be needed plus materials always vary in price but im willing to include a quote with materials and I will pick it up, deliver it with no extra charge to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would very politly Introduce my self. Have a talk to get to know what type of person I'm gonna work with and while at the same time ask to be guided to where the project is. I try my best to always show up on time be there and leave with always having a good impression towards my client. It's my goal that while leaving the project my costumer has a smile and also to make sure they are happy with my work.
