- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I keep my cost down so anyone can come in regularly. My colleagues normally charge $80. I have kept the cost down so people can come in and get the help they need. With that said, I have taken on pro bono cases. I am not in this business to make money. I have a medical retirement. I got in this business to truly help people.
