  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer discounts for civil servants, students, teachers, present and past military, and seniors.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I take each new client through a free Strategy Session to understand their nutrition and lifestyle as well as a thorough Movement Screen to identify structural dysfunctions that might be causing poor movement patterns and pain. If the client decides to work with me, we outline the rough game-plan that we will follow to reach their goals and I will suggest an appropriate session package. All nutrition strategies are customized for the individual.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been studying nutrition for 15 years and working in the fitness industry for 11 years. I am a certified Functional Patterns Human Foundations practitioner and also hold certifications from MovNat Level 1 and ACSM-CPT.
