I am very pleased the way she listens and knows exactly what to work on in our workout I'll keep comingApr 20, 2018Verified
Daria is excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer, regardless of level. I've been seeing her for three weeks and already see and feel the difference. I'm 65. It's never too late and you're never too old!Jul 1, 2017Verified
Love working with her! She keeps me motivated and in-tune with my body. Great attitude, lots of experience and knowledge. Look forward to every session with her.May 4, 2017Verified
Daria has been my trainer for about a month now and I love/look forward going to her. I have a lot of back/joint issues and she has helped me with exercises to decrease the pain and strengthen my back/core. I suffer from GAD, she has also been helping me out with that. She is very straight forward and knowledgeable. She never pushes me harder than she knows I can handle. I would recommend anyone to her.Mar 21, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to jump on a brief call with my potential customer and make sure that we are the right fit for each other. Then we meet for a complimentary session where we go over goals, experiences, nutrition, etc. and together we come up with a game winning plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from University of Maryland in 2012 with a Kinesiology degree (study of body movement). I am a certified trainer with NCSF and NESTA, and I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor. I am a qualified Health Coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? After struggling with low confidence and high levels of anxiety, and stress, I turned to exercise to help combat those barriers. Yoga and weight lifting have been my go to forms of exercise. Today I am still working to be the best me I can be, I am certainly not perfect. I became a trainer in 2015 to help others do the same. To stop the negative thinking and help clients see themselves in a more positive and fulfilling life. I empower clients to decide what is right for them with food and exercise.
