- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover, cash and personal checks. Invoices are sent via text or email and can be very easily paid on-line with the click of a button! Pet sitting visits for house pets start at $21 per visit for a half hour session. Pet sitting visits for horses are $25 per visit. $5 per stall for mucking. Mon-Fri mid day dog walks are $21 per 1/2 hour or $18 for 15 minutes. Twice-3x daily Mon-Fri new puppy/geriatric dog visits are $15 per visit. Must book at least 2 visits per day. Field trips for dogs are $25 per day. Miscellaneous services start at $21 Microchipping is $40
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After our initial phone or email contact, we will schedule a time, at your convenience, to meet you and your animals at your home. At this time we will discuss all aspects of your pets' care: their exercise and sleeping routines, personality quirks, feeding and medical needs, etc. You will give us all the special instructions we will need to know for caring for your pets and your home while you're away. We will get a copy of your house key and we will go over the dates that you will need service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In 1987, I graduated Summa cum laude with a degree in Veterinary Science. I worked at the prestigious Marion DuPont Scott Equine Center in Leesburg Va, and also at Middleburg Animal Hospital before starting my pet sitting business in April of 1989. I have been quite happy, successful and busy in my pet sitting endeavors ever since!
