Introduction: I am the co-owner of CrossFit One Shot. I am a food expert, CrossFit athlete, and adventure junkie. I help dial in your macros with flexible dieting (how much food your body needs to function and to gain/lose/maintain weight) or I can go to the grocery store with you and help you physically prepare your meals.
If nutrition coaching isn't enough, I offer personal training services or group exercise where we work on functional fitness. You know squats (training your body to sit on a toilet when you're 80) or deadlifting (how to pick up that newspaper without throwing out your back), functional fitness is modifiable and for everyone.
