- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is not complicated, we base the event price on how long the event is and where it is located.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our process for working with a new customer typically involves arranging for our standard contract to be sent to the customer to be signed and returned as well as a deposit to secure the date for the customer. For a Wedding, we arrange a meeting to help start planning their schedule of events for the reception. This is where the contract can be signed and the deposit paid. For other events like High School Proms / Reunions and Corporate events we normally talk over the phone to go over song choices they would like played
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We do our best to stay up with the latest types of equipment that are available for us to use as well as what songs on are on all the different musical charts for each week. Can't play the music for the client if you don't know a slow song from a Line Dance
