- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wouldn't say that my pricing system was complicated. But each document will be examined to its fullest, before any signing and or notary sealed. My prices will determine upon the type of document and how many names that will appear. Notary fees vary due to distance of travel as well as if the documents are real estate closing forms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome ALL new customers! I will make sure that I read, understand each document thats placed before me. That way, my customers will become clients due to my complete viewing, knowledge of what is at stake with the seal of the documents. This method will assure their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in the wedding industry as a owner of a cake design business and working in the real estate industry, proves that my knowledge of understanding the needs of my customers and or clients are at the top of my responsibility.
