- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For personal training the cost is $40 per 30 minute session, and $70 per 60 minute session for individuals. The cost is $55 for couples for 30 minute sessions. For Life coaching, the rate is $70 per session. For Nutrition counseling and packages contact me directly for rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to have an intro session which consists of a fitness (mostly) and nutrition analysis(after obtaining information from the customer) to best determine a strategy for success.
