- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is custom to each wedding. No two weddings are alike so why should the pricing be the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to first correspond via email or by phone to figure out if we are a good fit for their event/project. If we both fit each others needs we then would meet in person to further discuss details. We will not work with individuals if what they need is not something we feel comfortable delivering on. Our brand, our name should be held in high regard and if we cannot produce a high quality product then we will not proceed with that event/project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education has mostly been self taught. After learning things on our own we decided to take a photography course that would fill in any gaps we had. This was accomplished by the New York Institute of Photography. We firmly believe there is no better education than by diving in and learning in practical environment.
