FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing model is very simple and based on the number of current and tax year (termed) employees for a given calendar year. I offer basic and enhanced packages for Benefits and HR. I offer one package for Payroll and one for Tax. I offer a la carter packages that cover Recruiting, Onboarding, Compliance Evaluations, Auditing, Benefits Renewal. Below is a sample quote: Texas based employer (5 out of state locations) 20 current employees and 10 termed employees that will still require tax reporting with full enhanced Payroll/Tax/Benefits/HR package $6100.00 a month/$73,200 annually. The average salary for an HR Manager with light payroll experience is $85-95k/annually couple this with software/IT resources/outside contractor for difficult issues and you can see the comparable savings. Larger firms that offer similar packages (minus personal service) charge between 3-5% of gross payroll (includes wages and all taxes; typically gross plus 25%) and firms that offer benefits as a co-employer charge between 20-25% of gross payroll. Additionally you have to have a dedicated employee manage this relationship and data transfer. I can tell you on average I am 35-75% less than these 2 options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The founders have a long rooted history in the arenas of HR/Payroll/Benefits and first met in the early 2000s. They began a working partnership that span across companies large and small. Davis' path turned towards Executive roles supporting thousands of employees across multiple jurisdictions and leading large complex initiatives. O'Mally turned towards the vastly complex world of Payroll and Tax overseeing large multi-state processing and compliance. The two decided to leverage their productive working relationship and experience to form a firm utilizing their unique approach to commitment of accuracy and employee/management support. Davis & O'Mally has growth quickly in part to their solid reputation for quality and accuracy.
