- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes! All of our package and pricing options can be found on our website under the "Packages and Pricing" tab. *Please remember to include travel cost if located outside of our included travel radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first need to check availability to ensure that the character or artist you are requesting is still available at the time you are ready to book. Feel free to phone, email, or message us to double check availability. Next, we need a signed party agreement and deposit payment. Both of these items can be processed electronically for ease and efficiency. We simply need your email to send both over to you. Once both items are processed, we send you a confirmation email with all of the details for your event. Your artist or performer will also phone you directly to reconfirm your event the week of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Dazzling D's owner, Dava McCoy, has a master's in psychology and child development, as well as over 20 years of performing arts and childcare experience. All of Dazzling D's performers and artists have formal acting/singing background, experience working with children, and have passed thorough background checks.
