Very helpful in explaining engraving options and also very responsive by providing a quick turn on a time-crunch deadline. Fee was reasonable and the whole experience was demands a return when a similar need arises!

Jonathan was wonderful, helping us in a hurry on a project that was near and dear to my dying father-in-law' s heart. He did an excellent job engraving a curved Sterling baby spoon, matching the font from a previous engraving and adding custom artwork from a design drawn by my daughter-in-law. I would highly recommend him for his high quality work, responsiveness and kindness.
