- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very variable and depends primarily on the type of flowers and design each client is needing. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. I do provide a 15% discount on all bookings paid upon contract signing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it's best to have a conversation to discuss exactly what my clients needs are and even explore visuals that help me identify likes and dislikes. This is often done through phone calls, Pinterest boards and visual concept sketches. Once I've determined what the project needs to look like and have an idea of what the budget is, I prepare a more exact quote.

Since 1998, I've been curating unforgettable experiences. Every project is a representation of each client's authentic style and sensibility. I've worked as a freelancer for over 20 years. I stay current with trends and styles through industry training and peer learning.
