- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the page and by the words. If I am typing a simple paper, compared to a lot of editing. I depends on the size and content also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make the connection with them and ask questions about the project or service they are wanting me to perform. I then give them and accurate assessment of the time, price, etc. My business is editing or typing. I want a sample of what they are wanting done, how many words, pages etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I typed in the medical field for many doctors. I use Word for all my document work. At 63, I also have a lot of different life experiences to draw on.
