FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes preparation, materials, and installation. The price I give is by the square foot. Unless we are surprised by what had not been discussed in conversation, our price is final and we hold to the promise of professionalism from the beginning of the process to completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thumbtack, the 3rd party, collects fees from the contractor when the potential customer views the quote. The fee is non negotiable and is formulated based on their discretion. So to keep expenditures down, we have made it simple for the potential client. With your interest, through communication via text, phone, email, or simply through Thumbtack, we can get to a price that we will stand by. Pictures, references, etc., whatever is needed can be done through our advanced means of communication. After we have reached an agreement we can meet to finalize the deal and begin the process immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years of construction experience on our team. In the state of Texas there are no licensing requirements to install stained concrete, epoxies, or other types of flooring. I was trained through a company called Decosup that is no longer in business. The training was hands on. I learned basic techniques, but with my gathered experiences I perfected techniques that were not taught, utilizing what is available to us as contractors. Advancing by attending clinics and shows. Keeping up with a industry that is continually coming up with better materials and ways to do things.
