- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask the customer to call me. We will discuss the scope of the project, the target audience, the time frame and deadline(s), the fee schedule, and method of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree in History with a minor in Psychology. My lifelong professional work has been in public relations and consumer and/or constituent satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a wonderful education growing up, with great English and history teachers in high school and college who demanded excellence in writing. My life's work has been in public relations for various academic, medical, and faith-based institutions. I was the Director of public affairs programs in most instances and responsible for writing and publishing materials for a variety of organizational constituencies.
