FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Construction industry trades have very wide ranging prices. Nothing fits one mold. Painting interior can run from $120/room (10x15) on up, whereas exterior painting can be around .45 cents or more a square foot due to environmental concerns, job site hazards, time to be completed (factored in), etc. There are so many variables that just saying $30/hr will never work. The job cost must match the requirements that go into it. Customers need to understand that a licensed contractor with a $1million insurance policy and $100,000 in equipment won't simply work for $30/hr.
