Introduction: At our gym, we have 30x34 ft hexagon MMA cage along with 1400 sq ft state-of-the-art facility where we provide instruction in a variety of martial arts, strength and conditioning training, specialized equipment for advanced martial arts development, and several different devices for recovery and human optimization. Our staff of instructors includes the facilities chief instructor Sean Hackett who is a former correctional officer and defensive tactics instructor and has been training martial arts for 16 years, our head grappling instructor Nile Linder who also has 16 years of training martial arts and instructor James Berg who has 12 years of training martial arts.
