Our experience with Devil Dog Grill was amazing! Everyone at the party raved about the food. We expected 200 guests and way more showed up. They handled it like pros - there was never a line for food and their team was super friendly the entire night. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on menu offerings and whether the guests buy their own food (a la carte) or whether the host is paying and I must determine an "average" meal price. Distance from central Denver may also be a factor in pricing.Either way, prices are very reasonable compared to other food truck operators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ask lots of questions to determine which menu items are most suitable for the type of event and what service style is most appropriate....is it for business or for fun? Will there be many small kids? Will you need a vegetarian or gluten free option? Will there be other vendors? If so, what do they serve?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in Hotel and Restaurant management and over 30 years experience in all phases of the business. I use my degree everyday in operating the business, from determining food costs, operating with correct food safety practices and menu development.
