- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every job is different so I do not have set prices, but I do give ball park prices so my customer can have an idea of what the job will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?With every new customer I always listen to what they want and need. After the customer has expressed to me what they would like done I make sure I always have at least two plausible solutions for their plumbing issue. Once the customer chooses what they would like done I do the job exactly as I explained. I never try to upsale or change the original plan that the customer and myself had in agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my plumbing C-36 CA license with additional classes as well as a decade of hands on plumbing experience.
