Photo studio shoots,
Working with Don Lupo was great! He was very clear on what he provides for the price, answered all my questions, promptly scheduled a shoot, showed up on time and was a pleasure to work with. I provided some photos that I wanted to emulate and Don helped me to get those shots. I am so happy with the final results, I LOVE my photos, they turned out even better than what I hoped for. Don is easy going and will collaborate in order to set up an awesome photo shoot. He was even nice to my dog and took some photos of him. There were no surprises or added costs, I now have a ton of great looking, pro photos to choose from. I highly recommend Don Lupo.Nov 17, 2017
I worked with Don to get business headshots. Don was extremely professional and one of the best photographers I have ever worked with. He was flexible and easy to communicate with, which was great for organizing the location, time and kind of headshots I was looking for. Don also worked very efficiently to minimize the time needed for the shoot, which I appreciated during my busy workday.Mar 19, 2018Verifiedlupofoto / Don Lupo Photography's reply
Thank you so much!
Don did corporate head shots for my entire company. The photos turned out great and I would highly recommend using Don for all my professional photography needs.Apr 23, 2018
I went to Don to take professional profile shots and couldn't be happier with the experience and photos! I loved his style and passion for the work -- he took a lot of pictures from different angles and lighting, showed me previews of what I looked like, and made sure I liked them before moving onto another pose/outfit. Don was also quick to send me pictures soon after the photoshoot. He was super easy and fun to work with. I strongly recommend him! Thanks again, Don!!Jan 26, 2018lupofoto / Don Lupo Photography's reply
Thank you so very much!
There are two things that shine through in great corporate photography. It captures the personality of the subject. And it captures the personality of an organization. Don Lupo's shots manage to do both, beautifully. We've used him again and again (Don's photographed every employee and every member of our executive team) and the result is always the same. People love seeing their photos because Don brings out what's best in them. At the same time, his shots get to the heart of our culture and our company. You couldn't ask for better person behind the camera.Apr 25, 2018
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A detailed estimate is the result of clear communication between the client and photographer. Tell the photographer exactly what you're looking for before the shoot and provide examples. A good estimate should include the photographer's fee, pre-production time, equipment rentals needed for the specific shoot, and post-production time. Depending on the shoot, it might also include scheduling, hair and makeup, retouching, and many other options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It all starts with a phone call; that initial conversation should cover any and all details about what the client wants and how I might be able to provide that. The more specific they are, the better. It helps when the client emails sample photos of the style they're looking for; that gives us the foundation to collaborate and create great images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’m mostly self-taught, but I have continued my education through OTIS College of Art and Design, School of Visual Arts, Los Angles Center for Photography, and more. Also, 25 years of experience has been its own education.
