- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to price my services as low as I possibly can for a first time client, that way they get to know how I work and what I can bring to the table. Beyond that it is easier for the client to budget for the more advanced tools. I am not in this business just to make money but by the same token we all need to be able to make a living.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by listening to the vision of the client as I find this the usually gives me the base from which I can suggest an approach, and listen again, until we come to a plan that both works for the client and is rooted in the possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
