E.P.I.C. RECOVERY

Introduction: Utilizing the evidence-based practice (this means the type of intervention has been scientifically proven to be effective), E.P.I.C. Recovery works with those who struggle with addiction via the family and loved ones. We are using "Invitational Intervention" (the intervention is planned with family and their loved one is "invited" to a family meeting, therefore working with the love and concern of the family, not a harsh or confrontational meeting). What is most unique about the A.R.I.S.E. Intervention, is that whether or not the loved one accepts treatment, the family commits to their own recovery from the pain and dysfunction the addiction has caused. 9 times out of 10, the loved one eventually accepts treatment, because the family followed through getting the help they need.. We work with families for some time, while the client is in treatment and after, giving the family support during early recovery as well as the client. It's indescribably beautiful to be a part of the process. There is always hope! It is miraculous! The first step is contacting E.P.I.C. Recovery for what we call the "first call" where information is exchanged history of what led up to looking for support. This is a free service and calls last anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour. No one has to "hit their bottom" --addiction is deadly, and this process can be utilized at any time.
