What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For replacing light fixtures, I charge $50/hr, for a troubleshooting problem and I fix the problem, it's a standard fee of $100 if there are no major problems (negotiable).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see a picture or discription of the work from the customer. So I can give a good estimate.
