Whether you're looking to grow lean muscle mass or slim down and tone up, Eric has you covered. Very knowledgeable individual, on many different areas of diet and fitness. He is very encouraging and leaves you feeling like you just hung out with a friend and not just a personal trainer!

I have joined many gyms over the years, and always avoided the first time free personal training. I am really glad I didn't avoid my session with Eric Sarra. I felt so good after my first session! Eric is patient, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. I am eager to keep training, especially as I get older to keep my muscles in working order! I highly recommend training with Eric!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each situation is different and I tend to base my pricing on each client, time span, and location. I also have packages that can fit any budget. I tend to be very flexible and don't want you to feel trapped into anything you may now feel comfortable with. I also have NPC competition prep and competition packages for: 12, 8 and 1 week(s) out from show!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I get to know you. Exercise history, medications, nagging injuries, surgeries; this way, I know what I'm up against. Next, a very light workout with questions from me and for me. This all will allow me to gauge the pace, intensity and work we'll be putting in as we move forward!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and also a Certified Nutrition Coach, Currently working on a Life Coaching Certification
