Introduction: I have had my own law practice with a primary focus on estate planning for over twenty years. I place special emphasis on estate planning, especially trusts, both revocable and irrevocable, inter vivos (living) and testamentary. Services include meeting with drafting estate provisions and documents including trusts, wills, powers of attorney for health and property, with particular emphasis on asset protection, special needs, spendthrift and tax planning (estate, gift and capital gains). Practice includes real property transactions, estate negotiation and settlement as well as business advice and setups. I am also engaged in business advice/consultation, asset protection and investment management matters.
