- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally price out a job on a per hour basis which includes time for setup and cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand the event first, crowd that will be attending and what I will be serving. It helps to know what drinks I will be serving so I bring along the necessary utensils I need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a bartending certificate. So, I know how to communicate with people and how to serve drinks properly.
