So great! Martin taught a self-defense class at our office with his colleague, Angelo. The class was informative, fun, and gave us all a basic understanding of some moves we could use if we ever had to defend ourselves. Martin led us in Sunday morning workouts that he himself designed. I'm impressed because he helped us tailor the exercises based on our age and body condition. Martin is an excellent personal trainer. He created a customized program for me. He found different and creative ways to keep me interested. Never boring! He is reliable, always on time and professional. He’s a great listener, patient and is a good motivator. BONUS! - He has extensive knowledge about food and nutrition.
