Express Flooring Pros
About this pro
Free Lifetime Installation Warranty---NOT. They won't even re-stretch carpet after less than 3 years! That is certainly not a lifetime. The quality of the carpet is terrible, and the customer service is horrible. We should have gone with Home Depot. It definitely would have been worth the extra $1,000 that they would have charged. I will NEVER refer Express Flooring to anyone.Dec 13, 2017Verified
Very satisfied and would recommend. Followed through with all they promised and met and exceeded our explications. Thank you Express Flooring.Nov 4, 2016Verified
We had carpet installed by Express Flooring and couldn't be happier with their service. Let me start with the timeline: we called on Saturday for an estimator to come measure and walk us through the process and they had an evening appointment available for that Monday! That Monday night we met with Andy, the estimator, who was wonderful to deal with and could really speak to the company he was representing and also the product. We were even more surprised that because they had the product we selected already in stock, he was able to book us the very next day for installation. Very happy, would use them again, I don't think I need to say more.Sep 15, 2016Verified
worst customer service ever. came out to the house, my husband was home and they said they couldn't stay because i wasn't there with him. he knows what we want. so the guy called the office and then left. if that is a reflection of how they do business we don't want to be a part of that.Oct 26, 2015VerifiedJason V.'s reply
Hello Julie, and thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to leave all our customers highly satisfied, but in this case I can understand your frustration. We are a very family focused organization, and because of that we feel that one of the most important parts of having a successful appointment is having everyone involved with the decision there to participate. I have reviewed your appointment that was set up with our staff the day before our Design Consultant came out and confirmed that this was discussed with you at that time as well. My biggest concern is how that was conveyed to your husband the day of your appointment. As an example, we have come into situations in the past where the spouse tells the husband to buy brown carpet, we install what he selected, and the wife gets upset as it wasnât the shade she was looking for. WE had to rip out what was installed and install new flooring ALL AT A COST TO THE CONSUMER. So to avoid that anxiety and unhappiness we always try to have an appointment where each spouse is present. Itâs actually more for your benefit than for anything else. My guess is that wasnât communicated very well, and rest assured we will be providing coaching and feedback to make sure no other customer is left feeling as you have. I know what you wrote, but if there is anything else we can do to set this right please donât hesitate to contact us and ask to speak to Leila. I can GUARANTEE that you will not have the same experience if you decide to give us another try. Thanks again, and our sincerest apologies.
