- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on commitment per week and duration of training. All payments are made up-front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer would be an initial meeting to understand what they are looking for. Once we determine what goals are important to you, we can start training multiple times per week in a personal training OR group fitness setting (or combination of the two). I will work with a new client to make a schedule that fits both of our needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a CrossFit Level 1 certification, and have been training and leading group fitness classes at F3 Cross Training since 2014.
