- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For lessons, I offer pricing that includes group rates. If a student has friends or family that would like to participate in the lesson, then the price for each additional student is about 35% less per hour than the cost of one student. For live painting events, I offer competitive pricing and a product that delivers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first speak to the customer and ask them pertinent questions to identify their needs. I do this for my students as well, but additionally have them solve a problem or draw from a prompt to gauge their level of skill and where they need improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied and practiced art for over 20 years. I have been featured in 3 art exhibits to date and have been teaching art for many years now.
