- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I set up an initial consultation with a client to get to know in depth about them and their health and fitness goals along with performing a fitness assessment. Through this process I also get to know: 1. How I can better help you reach your goals 2. Creating a customized program catering towards your goals and ACTUAL needs 3. Last but not least to screen you to be sure if you are a client I would like to work with
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of ages (from youth to special population) catering towards variety of health and fitness goals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would definitely advise to look for a person who is passionate, wants to work with them as a team for their betterment, and someone who makes the time to listen to them (especially during the 1st initial meeting).
