- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing system is not complicated however varies due to project and whether hardware is needed etc. Example of pricing of common projects listed below. 1 . Virus Removal-$75.00 2. Remote Assistance-$50 per hr 3. Onsite assistance-$50 per hr 4. Deployment of VOIP System-$350.00 Server Setup and $10.00 per phone (hardware not included and subject to change depending on complexity such as custom Auto Attendant, Follow Me, Phone Que etc.) 5. Network Firewall/Router/Switch Setup-$50 per device (hardware costs are separate and depends on complexity of network and what hardware is required) My prices will always be within normal ranges for our area and will always be competitive
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is first and foremost listen to them to determine there needs and then ask the appropriate follow up questions. I treat all customers with respect and as an equal. I enjoy making friends I the process and ensuring my customers are 100% satisfied and will personally bend over backwards to ensure that
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified is several areas and aspects of the IT world including but not limited to Cisco, Microsoft, Hippa Compliance, SQL, Networking etc. I am always researching new technology and taking tests for new certifications etc. I do very best to stay up to date on technology and I would say that 25% of my free time is doing just research and testing of new technology.
