Matt, Randy and Ledon showed up promptly at 9 as promised. These guys worked hard from the second the walked through the door and had my entire 3 bedroom house loaded on the truck in 2 hours! They were just as quick-but careful- with unloading. They made sure I had everything in the room I needed it and even moved things several times if needed. They were quick, safe and thorough as well as being polite. We have moved MANY times and these 3 outdid every other move we have done! Highly recommend this company and specifically this crew!Nov 17, 2018Verified
Showed up late for a one hour job. Complained how things were heavy and being hot (when I had moved 80% to ground level and we were all drenched in sweat). Would not listen to me or my fiancé on how we wanted the Uhaul loaded. So my headboard was left outside without any room. I sent Movers’s on their way after an hour of frustration. Me and my 2 friends unloaded Uhaul and repacked with room to spare. Made the trip from Fl to Ky with everything in tact and a smooth ride without the paid “help” Worst waste of $180 EVER .Jun 17, 2018VerifiedDavid H.'s reply
1 man 15 minutes late, 2nd man 1/2 hour late.
They were, professional, nice , and they worked wicked hard in the Florida heat. And we're fun, took the stress of moving away. Thank youJun 23, 2017Verified
I'm not going to make an opinion on this vendor. I'm going to list facts about my experience with them and let the general public form their opinion. 1) Appointment time was 9am. They arrived at 9:30. The owner did call however and mentioned something about a mixup on where to meet. Ok. 2) My request stated that I would need a large enough vehicle to move my 3 bedroom condo with about 40 boxes and a large safe. I moved my boxes myself to get a head start. It's a good thing I did because they ran out of room on their 26' truck. At the very end they told me that they didn't have enough room for my washer and dryer and would need to make a return trip. I told them no, that they needed to make room, which they did. (They were nice about it and understood.) Though I listed the safe on the special instructions, the owner sounded surprised when I brought it up over the phone on that morning call. Recommend following up with a phone call on special requests so that there are no 'surprises' for the movers when they arrive. 3) The day after delivery I fired up one of my flat screens, only to find out that the screen was cracked. I called the owner to put in a claim and gave him all the pertinent information about the TV. That was two days ago. I have not heard anything yet, nor do I expect that I will. It's an older TV and not that much value to it, but one would expect that a vendor at fault would make it right. 4) The three movers that were there were all nice and made an effort to be be careful with my furnishings. They moved at a decent pace too, however my $350 estimate became $750 by the end of the day.Mar 31, 2017Verified
