Functional Integration is a very gentle manual therapy. Your body will be gently moved in a series of patterns to help trigger your nervous system to find more efficient postures and movements. After the first one hour session, my posture had dramatically shifted, and I had a renewed sense of my body in space, and in particular my head. My outlook was also improved! Looking forward to continuing this work.
