Our Personal trainer will conduct an initial interview to hear about you, what you are looking for and to perform a screening procedure. This screening procedure will include filling out a medical history form, review the form to determine whether there is a need for a signed physicians clearance prior to testing and/or exercising, filling out informed consent forms and other legal documents as well as a self-assessment quiz and an exercise and activity quiz. There are no wrong answers, everything is designed to help you effectively. We will discuss your fitness goals and progressive ways to reach them in a realistic and efficient manner. We will discuss what to expect and how to prepare for our first session which will be the assessment session. After the interview The next session will be the assessment session during which we will measure necessary values to appropriately monitor progress. This will include your resting heart rate, your weight and body composition, your waist to hip ratio, your cardiorespiratory fitness level, your muscle endurance, your flexibility and posture. Our trainer will then program your personal training sessions according to your needs and goals. At the end of the last training session, you will be reassessed to witness and rejoice over your progress. Our Chef will conduct an initial Interview to determine what you like to eat but also whether there are any intolerances and/or allergies to take into account. Our chef will then customize recipes and email you suggested menus. You are free to decline the suggestions and/or change any part of the menu. Once you agree to the suggested menu, he will plan a cook day that is convenient for both you and the Chef. The Chef will buy the groceries the morning of the cook day for the freshest ingredients, he will then travel to your home to prepare, package, label and store your meal(s).
