Whole Body Fitness by Rick move feel & look better
About this pro
My daughter is an active teen-ager, who also happens to use a manual wheelchair. She worked with Rick for a year and a half- her first experience working with a personal trainer rather than a physical therapist. Rick brings a unique perspective to training, informed by his background as a musician, dancer, and citizen of the world. He brought a great sense of encouragement to my daughter, with just the right mix of pushing and humor too. His work-outs were varied and interesting, and my daughter always left feeling not only stronger, but more empowered in general. We recommend training with Rick.Jan 4, 2018Richard S.'s reply
Thank you Kris for this endorsement. And I thank you two for giving me wiggle room to try out gym equipment to finally hone in on the best strategy for Kris. Thanks Bianca, meeeoow. You were the most patient and understanding of all my clients. You and I were in uncharted territory. I have seen you grow stronger and more confident and creative each training session. You are making your own exercises now! You would rock with a Bo-Flex . Keep in touch please. Facebook ?!
Rick is a great trainer who has tailored his sessions to my workout goals. He has taught me the importance of bio-mechanics and healthy eating to achieving those goals. His excitement for working out is infectious! I highly recommend his services.Oct 29, 2015VerifiedRichard S.'s reply
Jacob. You better keep up with your gym. Never let work keep you from playing. Remember what “they” say all work and no play… please let me know if there is any thing that my service can do to ensure you Stay Whole Body Fit. PS: when’s the wedding?
I was looking for a personal trainer who could come to my home (or a nearby gym) and who could help me train despite various back/neck/knee problems. I have tried other trainers (and have had a few good experiences), but most of the time I find that trainers cannot be flexible and focus on my specific issues rather than general ones. Ricardo is very patient, looks happy, and is energetic, thus giving me the energy to do things I don't always want to do.Oct 20, 2015VerifiedRichard S.'s reply
Thank you Kamesh for your trust and support And giving me a chance 2 years ago to use my Coaching skills to improve your Whole Body’s quality of life.
Rick, is one of the better trainer I had the pleasesure of working with. He help me with my goals of flexibility, strengthing my core, arm/legs and swimming. He taught me about the importance of using rolling routine to stretch my muscles. I will continue with Rick during his new transition. I am 79 and feel like I am 65! Thanks, Bernie from LexingtonJan 4, 2018Richard S.'s reply
Thanks for Bernie for your awesome endorsement, and continued support. You’re inspiring for me. Training for that massive Coast Guard fitness test, you were training like I did for my first triathlon, but I was 30! I’m confident in getting you more flexibility , stability, and coordination. Keep you feeling 65!
He was excellent in recognizing what would work for me. He always questioned if I liked what we were doing and took feedback well. I felt so good after a session with him.Jan 4, 2018
