First let me say the Dharma 21-Day Detox was a life transformation journey. I literally got my mojo back and my confidence has soared while releasing what no longer served me. The favorite part for me was the nutritious and yummy tasting recipes in the food plan. I was introduced to ingredients I have never used and had now become a staple in my home. I also noticed my skin becoming brighter and I do believe that is a result of the increased chlorophyll from the daily wheat grass powder and green smoothies. As I transition my family to a more plant based diet this was the perfect program to catapult this journey. Marilyn remained very supportive & her daily motivation kept me right on track. I will definitely participate in the detox next quarter and recommend those ready to start their journey of transforming their body as well as their life to start with the Dharma 21-Day Detox. You will definitely thank yourself for making the right decision to change your life!

I don't know where to start with describing my experience with Marilyn. I'm in tears right now thinking about how much her love and guidance has helped me transform my life. She has given me more than my fair share of her heart and energy to help me take control of my life and my health. She has shown up for me in ways that I can't even expect my own flesh and blood to do. Most importantly she has taught me how to show up for MYSELF.
Six months ago I was sick and tired ALL THE TIME. I hated my body and my life. I was diabetic, I had high blood pressure, PCOS and was VERY overweight and depressed. Today I have dropped over 30 lbs and I am fee of ALL of my medications. The most important thing is that my mind is free. I am ready to be happy and love my life snd myself again. I have a long way to go with weight loss still but now I know I will get there. I can't thank Marilyn enough!
I know I was a handful and a mess when we started. But she has been the most patient, loving, inspiring and CHALLENGING part of my life for the last 6 months. I just can't believe that someone cared enough about me to stick with me and nurture me but hold my feet to the fire at the same damn time! Marilyn taught me to hold myself accountable for ALL OF MY CHOICES in every area of my life because they ALL effect your health and happiness. She made me work on my mind and my heart EVERYDAY. I learned to nurture and forgive myself. I couldn't have paid enough for what I learned from her and what she gave me. She's been like a sister, mother an friend all in one. Even though I'll miss all of my special access to her, I'm really really proud to be part of her "graduating family" lol.

We had been trying for years to figure out the formula for unschooling successfully. We were stressed, going broke and about to give up on the unschooling dream but Marilyn and Family Circle brought us back and changed everything. Six months may not seem like a long time but the amount of support, teaching, resources and just plain old love that we got from our amazing "village" was like a lifetime. Marilyn is a rock star and everybody's mama, sister and friend. She is so focused on helping black families be free in every way possible. Even when her personal life was going crazy she stayed honest and true and gave to the community like family. The weekly office hours, emails and conference calls were always just what we needed. It has been a blessing worth every penny to have her attention. Now we know we can do this. We can learn, be free and build financial security at the same time. It's not easy, but having a village makes it so much lighter. We will be back soon!

Marilyn is all about the "heart work" of unschooling. Back in June of 2017 we had our first Heart Work strategy session with her and it really changed our perspective on so many things and helped us begin our journey with confidence. After we'd had three more strategy sessions we decided to commit to the new Family Circle program. It has been the best decision EVER! "First we are a family and family is always first" and "freedom begins in the family" are probably the biggest principles we learned from her and her experience. The kids loved talking to her as much as I did and I really appreciated that she loved talking to them too. She is so reassuring and relatable. I love that I don't worry about money like I used to because now I know how to build it and rebuild it if need be. The community or the VILLAGE was so great to be a part of. I feel like we will all be lifelong friends.
