- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide one price for the job that is all inclusive. There will be no add ons. Your final price will include the floor, installation, demo and disposal of existing floor, furniture moving (if necessary), removal/reinstallation of baseboards (if necessary), and any floor prep (if necessary).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We bring the mobile showroom to you, and provide a no charge, no obligation measurement of the job to be done. We will then show samples and help you choose the floor that best fits your needs, taste, and budget.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and commercial.
