Introduction: Sammich is a food truck offering fresh, local and organic food. We are a team of chefs with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Our medium of choice primarily is pressed sandwiches, but we offer the culinary flexibility to meet the specific needs of your event. From casual and relaxed dining to occasions with high expectations, we will work with you to create the experience you envision. Our chef has experience in French, Spanish, Belgian, and German cuisines. We source from our family farm in Ashland, Virginia, using strict organic processes -- no pesticides in our produce and no hormones in our chickens. We are meticulous and pride ourselves in providing an excellent service to our customers. We also make a really, really good sandwich.
