Introduction: Footsteps2Health4Life is committed to quality of life for our fellow man, and we take that very seriously through providing stress reduction, America's #1 health problem. We are also committed to reflexology techniques that assist with challenges seniors and home bound clients face in their daily lives. Another focus for our business is helping individuals who are receiving Hospice care, or are transitioning from life, easing the discomfort they face during this time. Our services are founded on our mission statement: To open my heart and offer my hands for all those who need healing across this stressed-out land. The therapies I offer are unique indeed, but we can really heal ourselves, with a little help from me. Knowing that my life is making a difference as I see the results of what Reflexology can do.

My mother was in intensive care for 53 days, and this life-changing event caused me to realize that this was the path to take in helping others.
