- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly taking training to enhance my skills. I also teach coaches from time to time which really sharpens my skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed to do something different, and I believe I was guided to this line of work. I want to be of service and make a difference. I get to do both of those things with this work.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Coaching is about navigating change. Change is a process consisting of many stages. For the change to be effective it is necessary to know where the person is in the process and then navigate all the stages through action and maintenance. Unfortunately people believe that change is "Just do it" so when they struggle they either believe that they can not do it, or worse, they are a failure.
