Al the owner is a really good guy. He was very responsive and even swung by to checkout my issue as a courtesy. Which in turn he helped to properly diagnose my problem and determine a quick solution fairly cheap. I thought I had a roach problem when in actuality it was mice-related. I definitely would recommend him and would/will use him in the future for any of my extermination needsMar 13, 2017Verified
He was very helpful and has spent quite a bit of time fixing my problem,Dec 16, 2016Verified
Al was very helpful. He responded right away and the first thing he did was calm me down that it might not be bed bugs. He came to my house and did a free inspection and determined that I did not have a problem. He was a very fast and helpful responder. I am glad I got to know him in this instance because I will definitely call him again if another situation arises.Dec 12, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We try to gear our pricing structure towards the customers wants and needs. We have a basic rate card but rarely quote from it as we like to talk to the customer, ask questions and find out what problems they are having.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We prefer to do an inspection at the property. We ask questions and find out exactly what our new potential customers are looking for and then we create a program or programs to give our customers options.
