- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $24 for a weekly lesson. This started out as the cost for a 1/2 hour time block yet most adult students have questions and I have the scheduling freedom to provide an hour or more so typically a lesson runs longer and there is never any extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions to find out what your musical goals and ambitions are. We then begin to set up a plan in order to help you reach those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One fine arts degree (A.F.A.) from S.F.C.C. (Major in Jazz and commercial music), professional certificate from Berklee school of music, (professional singer/songwriter) over 20 years experience performing music. over 18 years teaching experience privately & in the public school system.
