- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing system for our work, because each job is unique. But with just a little information about a property, we can provide an average cost for many services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With modern technology, we feel that communication should never be an issue. We use text, email, and phone calls to evaluate each quote on an individual basis. We can usually address most concerns over the phone, but in person at the property is needed for some jobs as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working in retail grocery for over 18 years, I needed a way to spend a bit more time with my family. A great friend of mine took the chance on me, and hired me on to apprentice under him. After years of mentorship, I was able to go out on my own. Over these last 10 years, we have watched out business flourish, thanks to someone taking a chance on me.
