I first met Mitch through a group fitness class at the gym. I was immediately drawn to his positive nature and his commanding control in the group fitness environment. His energy is motivating and contagious. Mitch is passionate about his work as a trainer and invests it relationships with his clients, pushing them to be intrinsically motivated to achieve their fitness goals. I have benefited first hand from Mitch's group fitness classes, boot camps and personal training sessions where he has pushed me further than what I had been able to do on my own. My fitness journey is better off because I have been privileged to work with Mitch. I highly recommend him no matter what your fitness level, from beginner to advanced he will support, train and push you to exactly what YOU need.

I was able to be trained by Mitch about 15 or 20 times before he relocated to Arizona. During this time, Mitch helped me develop my core strength, stability and balance; set new personal record high's with lifting weights; achieve greater endurance by being able to run my first 5k; but most importantly, he helped me formulate a plan for how and what to work out in my own personal sessions at the gym, all while showing no judgement or looking down upon me for my existing fitness level. Mitch had me do many different types of workouts, and was able to explain why each one was important and which muscle groups it was targeting. Mitch was also able to explain to me why some of the workouts I was already doing were not necessarily done correctly, and showed me how to do it better and safer, and explained to me why his way was better and safer. Mitch's ability to adapt and develop creative workouts stood out to me. Mitch was willing to meet with me outside the gym to go for jogs, or even to meet at local playgrounds and utilize the play structures as exercise equipment. Before training with Mitch, I was only working out between 1 and 3 times per week, but since training with him, I quickly reached a level of fitness that allows me to maintain a 5 day/week workout schedule. I now enjoy working out more than ever, and am feeling better every day because of it.

Mitch is a great trainer! He was always on time, had great quality sessions planned for me, was encouraging and challenged me to make me grow, and has great interpersonal skills. I recommended him to all my friends and I would do it again!
