- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pastry takes a great deal of time, love, and care. Ingredients are expensive, so please bear that in mind when considering your request. My pricing is still reasonable compared to most, and in many situations still offer free delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting with the client, I will communicate with them about their needs. Wedding cakes I will do a cake tasting of 3 different flavors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a certificate of pastry arts from The International Culinary Center in San Jose, CA (formerly the French Culinary Institute).
